Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("BDQuiz", "we", "us") for your use of the BDQuiz website and apps (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

BDQuiz helps candidates prepare for Bangladeshi recruitment exams, starting with the Special BCS (Health), with practice questions, previous-year papers, mock tests, live national mocks with rankings, and explanations.

BDQuiz is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC), any ministry or any exam authority. Mock tests and rankings are practice only and do not predict or affect any real exam result.

During the free beta, features may change, be limited or be unavailable at times while we improve the service.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least [18] years old and give true information when you set up your account.
  • Your account is for you alone. Do not share it or let others use it. You can use it on a limited number of devices, and changing devices is limited each month.
  • Keep access to your email or Google account safe: it is how you sign in. Tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Fair use

You agree not to:

  • copy, download in bulk, scrape, republish or sell questions, explanations, papers or other content from the service;
  • use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the service or to answer tests;
  • cheat in live mocks, for example by sharing questions or answers while a mock is running, using more than one account, or getting help from others;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or access other users' data;
  • post false, abusive or unlawful content in question reports or anywhere else.

We may detect and act on suspected cheating in live mocks, including removing results from rankings.

4. Content

  • Questions, explanations, references, mock papers, software and design in the service are owned by us or our licensors, and protected by copyright. Previous-year exam questions are included for study; our selection, editing, translations and explanations of them are ours.
  • We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the content for your own exam preparation while your account is active.
  • We work hard to keep answers and explanations correct, but mistakes can happen and official answer keys can change. Content is provided for study and is not professional, medical or legal advice. If you find an error, please report it in the app; we review every report.

5. Paid plans

6. Suspension and closing your account

  • You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example for cheating, sharing an account or copying content. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
  • We may change or stop parts of the service. If we close the service, we will give reasonable notice. [COUNSEL: treatment of paid access if the service closes.]

7. Availability and liability

  • We aim to keep the service available, especially during live mocks, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
  • To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses, or for any loss arising from your exam results, from relying on the content, or from interruptions to the service.
